Section 2

Product Description

StopWatt is an electrical energy optimization device designed to stabilize electrical current, reduce electrical noise, and improve the power factor of connected electrical systems in residential and small commercial settings. The device is intended to be plugged into a standard electrical outlet.

How It Works: StopWatt utilizes capacitor-based power factor correction technology to help balance the electrical load and reduce reactive power drawn from the utility grid. By smoothing out electrical surges and reducing the strain on appliances, the device may contribute to a more efficient use of electricity in some environments.

Important Disclaimer Regarding Energy Savings: StopWatt is an energy optimization device. Individual results will vary significantly based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to the age, condition, and type of electrical appliances in use; local utility infrastructure; home wiring quality; baseline energy consumption habits; and geographic location. StopWatt makes no guarantee of specific dollar savings, percentage reductions in energy consumption, or any particular performance outcome. Any savings figures referenced in marketing materials are illustrative estimates based on favorable conditions and do not represent typical results.

StopWatt is not a licensed electrical device for industrial or high-voltage commercial applications. It is intended for household use only unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

Product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), duties, and other governmental charges associated with your purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes on your behalf. Tax amounts, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment Authorization: By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your designated payment method. All payments must be received and authorized prior to order processing and shipment.

Declined Payments: If your payment is declined or reversed, your order will be placed on hold or cancelled. We are not responsible for any fees your financial institution may charge in connection with a declined or disputed transaction.

Promotional Pricing: Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only during the specified promotional period and while supplies last. Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect involves fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment information. We may require additional verification before processing certain orders.
